EliteForm Screen Colors
One of the biggest challenges with performance technology isn't collecting data.
It's helping athletes understand what that data means and what they should do with it.
A spreadsheet after training doesn't change behavior during training. Real-time feedback does.
That's why EliteForm's screen colors were designed to provide immediate, actionable information to both coaches and athletes. One glance at the screen tells the athlete exactly how their performance compares to the objective of the session.
Every color has a purpose. Every color drives a decision.

Coaching Conciderations
π¦ Blue = Too Fast
The athlete is moving faster than the prescribed velocity range.
This often indicates the load may be too light for the training objective.
Coaching Action: Consider adding weight while maintaining movement quality.
π© Green = In Range
Green is exactly where we want athletes to be.
The athlete is training within the prescribed velocity zone and receiving the intended training stimulus.
Coaching Action: Stay the course and continue accumulating quality reps.
π₯ Red = Too Slow
Velocity has dropped below the target range.
This can be a sign of excessive fatigue, reduced intent, or a load that is too heavy.
Coaching Action: Adjust the load, manage fatigue, and protect the objective of the session.
π¨ Gold = Record Performance
Gold is reserved for exceptional performances.
New records. Elite outputs. Breakthrough moments.
When an athlete earns a gold screen, everyone in the room knows something special happened.
One coach described it best:
"You canβt screw it up. The number is right in front of your face. It shows up green if it's fast enough, red if itβs too slow, and yellow if they're leading their group. It's a big deal from a competition standpoint. Our guys get after it, they talk shit, they love it, especially the dudes in yellow."
That's exactly why the feature exists. Gold creates competition, rewards effort, and celebrates elite performance.
More Than Colors
The goal isn't simply to display data.
